This honey is a soft gentle sweet honey with buttery undertones. The rich caramel colour comes from coastal pohutukawa, manuka and native plants.

Bethells Road Bee Farm Honey is from sustainable apiaries and is only minimally filtered, never heated and is packed with all the beneficial enzymes and pollen still in the honey.

This honey is raw, crystallisation may occur overtime, warm to soften, refridgerate to firm.
